Being SUCCESSFUL in Reaching YOUR SPEM Healthy GOALS!

How long have you wanted to make a difference. . .

. . . in YOUR OWN LIFE?



Do NOT put off until tomorrow, what you CAN do today!

Start by making a list of SPEM Healthy GOALS

that you would like to set for yourself to accomplish.


Sit down in a place where you can relax

with your thoughts and feelings. Allow your mind and body to recognize your future goals AND the questions you have about being successful in getting there.


Do your BEST to write an outline of steps you feel you need to take as you get started on reaching for your goals.


There is NO perfect, easy, straight road to get to where you need to go. You need to be FLEXIBLE in your efforts to make adjustments during the work you will be doing.


Big and Small efforts are EACH important during your process

of building the steps you need to take to complete the goals

you have set for yourself.


Examples of - SPEM Healthy GOALS

- Stop smoking cigarettes, vaping, pot

- Get involved with a non-profit as a Volunteer

- Make app't with your Family Physician for an annual physical

- Clear up and Clean up your garage, closet, car, etc.

- Start eating more balanced meals every day

- Start reading the Bible daily


Always remember, do NOT STOP what you have started!

INSTEAD, only change the direction you are traveling in

as you uncover hurdles to your success.
