Are you making sure to keep your Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, and Mental Health in good shape? We need to treat ourselves in the best ways possible to keep our overall SPEM Health in good condition!
Congratulations! Your SPEM Health is in good shape! So, how are you taking care of your own health? What have you been doing. . . and NOT doing, to stay healthy?
Are you getting your annual physical?
Have you been eating a healthy diet?
Do you have at least 30 minutes of daily exercise?
Is there very minimal or no alcoholic drinks in your life?
Do you ever smoke pot, or take illicit drugs?
Are you hooked on prescription medicine?
Have you gotten counseling from a qualified source?
Are there people close to you who care about your well-being?
Do you sleep well each night?
Do you go for your Bi-Annual Dental appointments?
Did you stop smoking cigarettes? Or, never became addicted to them?
In what ways do you keep your hands & mind busy? SUCH AS: puzzles, card games, artistic efforts, gardening, housekeeping, exercising, walking, journaling - Always keep moving!
Remember, it's better to determine SPEM health problems early,
than wait until concerns have developed for a long time!
